Conference Room Open Hours:
MON-FRI: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Here are some guidelines when using our conference rooms:
1. To book Conference Rooms at KITECH USA:
Please submit a conference room request a week prior to your meeting/conference date. Conference room request form can be downloaded from our website (http://kitechusa.net) or you can pick one up at our office when you visit.
*Walk-ins are not allowed for most of the times. All conference rooms may not be available and we do not want your valuable time to be wasted.
2. To cancel your conference room request:
Please let us know within 24 hours. You can call us or send us an email to kitech-cafe@hotmail.com
3. If you need any conference media equipment (such as projectors), please submit a written request at least a day before your conference (you can specify the items on the conference room request). Our conference room scheduler will then let you know of the availability of the requested items.
4. The conference room is for everyone to use. There may be another group waiting for next use after you. Please be courteous and place everything back to the original setting when you’re done.
5. Please make sure that all of your group members have registered and signed in.
